Billing
Create a bill and split the payment across cash, card, bank transfer, cheque, with GST at 18% inclusive or exclusive per product.
Inventory
Enter a few of your products with batches and expiry dates, set a reorder point, and see which ones fall below it — expiry is flagged at 7, 14, 30 days, with the value at risk shown on the 7-day window.
Reports
Receivables Aging — buckets at Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days — and Gross Margin, two of 52 reports across 8 categories, run on the data entered during the call.
